We have never seen such amazing customer service from any company or individual employee. No matter when we call or email with issues relating to our phone or internet satellites, Tom answers almost immediately regardless of the time of day or night.
He is willing to travel the 2 hours to our house anytime we have needed him without question, and luckily he has been in the area every single time and able to come out and make the 4 hour round trip that same day. If you are in need of satellite internet or a satellite home phone system I would not hesitate to have them installed and maintained by them.
